Vinyasa Description
Vinyasa means to place in a special way. This a style of yoga offers breath linked with movement. This class is a blend of meditation, a mild warm up, sun salutations, standing poses, backbends, arm balances, inversions, a cool down, and the fan favorite, savasana.
Yin Description
Yin yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body (vs. the superficial tissues) and the fascia that covers the body. Yin Yoga postures are more passive postures, mainly on the floor. You are asked to relax in the posture, soften the muscle and move closer to the bone. Postures are often held for three to five minutes, even 20 minutes at a time. The time spent in these postures is much like time spent in meditation. All levels are welcome.
Restorative Description

Restorative yoga narrows in on relaxing the body through a strong focus on breath awareness. The postures, which are taught using yoga props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps, allow you to feel supported and super cozy. If you're on the verge of dozing off, you're doing it right. :) 

 

This class can provide the body an opportunity to releax, restore, and release. The postures allow the mind to slow down and come into a calm state. This is an excellent option for beginners as well as a seasoned yogi. Slowing down is equally important as the heat building asana practice.

A sixty minute moving and healing experience with quartz crystal singing bowls. As we are primed to receive their sound, they can evoke true transformation. You soften your mind, listen with your heart, and absorb the sound. Internal shifts of consciousness can occur when you are introduced to the vibration of the bowls.

Participants experience a deeper state of not only relaxation but awareness. Know that you have the ability to connect and awaken your own inner healer. Through the ebb and flow of life we are constantly working through emotions or challenges, it is said that when you work with the quartz crystal singing bowls - things seem to accelerate. Crystal singing bowls are one of the most powerful chakra balancing tools available because of this.

The vibrational frequencies of the bowls resonate with the physical body, harmonizing of the heart, and the mind.
